It's crazy how much I've had symptoms explode out everywhere since my diagnosis. I don't think that it's due to "thinking things into existence." I feel like it's more finally being aware of the symptoms and that they aren't normal. Also a breaking point tends to come with side affects.
As I've said before on this blog I can't fully remember all of my symptoms and many aren't officially diagnosed. Several doctors have said ADD, no official diagnosis, my therapist thinks I can be kind of manic. I think I've managed to give myself a bit of PTSD, obviously BPD is fairly close to PTSD in many ways, but besides that I think I might have manged it.
I have problems with emotions. Just give me a blade and I'll carve out a fairly normal person. Take it away and you have this unruly mess that you see before you.
I've been struggling with how to deal with feelings of anger toward myself and my situation. The other day one of my art pieces fell apart so I stormed off to rage cook. (Which is actually turning out to be a nice coping skill). I've been cooking a lot since then. I made omelets, shrimp nachos, potato, bacon, cheese nachos, fried rice, Asian style chicken, vanilla syrup 3 different sort of salad things. I also dressed up pancake mix, an oven pizza, and a package of mouse mix. Oh and dessert chips.
Poor Mel is saying that I'm feeding her too much for the size of her belly.
